<![CDATA[Update To Zoning Article 68 and Map 4F | Public Meeting]]> The Planning Department will host a virtual Public Meeting for a proposed text amendment to Article 68 to allow for Planned Development Areas in the South Boston Neighborhood Zoning District’s Waterfront Manufacturing (WM) Subdistrict. The meeting will also address a complementary proposed map amendment to better align the boundary between the First LI and WM subdistricts with current and projected land uses.

This meeting will include a presentation followed by time for questions and discussion. 

Please note that this is a separate administrative process from the Article 80-D process for the Planned Development Area submitted for the Reserved Channel Development.
