<![CDATA[25 Tolman Street Public Meeting]]> This is a Planning Department sponsored Public Meeting to discuss the proposed project located at 25 Tolman Street in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application filed on August 4, 2026 and its potential impacts.

The following description has been provided by the proponent team: 25 Tolman street utilizes the footprint and height-profile of the existing structure and a 22,670 square foot lot to construct sixteen (16) total home-ownership units, each with its own parking space. The units are a combination of townhouses and apartment-style units, and are spread out within three different structures, with six (6) units in the Tolman Street apartment building, and the remaining ten (10) townhouses in the rear portion of the lot.
