<![CDATA[15 State Street Public Meeting]]> This is a Planning Department sponsored Public Meeting to discuss the proposed project located at 15 State Street in the Downtown neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application filed on July 7, 2026 and its potential impacts.

The following description has been provided by the proponent team: Under the Downtown Office to Residential Conversion Program, this project will convert an existing 11-story office building, with retail, to 45 residential apartment units, including 8 IZ units, with ground-floor and second-floor retail space.
