<![CDATA[2 Shawsheen Road NPC IAG/Public Meeting]]> This is a Planning Department sponsored IAG and Public Meeting for the proposed NPC project located at 2 Shawsheen Road in the East Boston neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Article 80 Notice of Project Change that was filed on June 9, 2026.

The following project description was provided by the Development Team:
Modification of a previously approved large project to convert the residential units at 82 Shawsheen from condominium ownership to rental housing; revise the affordability program while preserving the project’s affordable housing designation; increase the total number of residential units from 57 to 62; reduce the number of on-site parking spaces; and implement associated minor architectural and site design modifications.
