<![CDATA[1590 Blue Hill Avenue Public Meeting]]> The Planning Department is hosting a Virtual Public Meeting for the proposed 1590 Blue Hill Avenue project located in the Mattapan neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Project Notification Form (PNF) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

The Planning Office for Urban Affairs, Inc. and JGE Development LLC (together, the “Co-Proponents”), are proposing approximately 105 income-restricted rental apartments, approximately 1,000 GSF of community/commercial space along Blue Hill Avenue, approximately 31 surface parking spaces, ground-floor resident bicycle storage space, outdoor visitor bicycle parking, and associated amenities in a 6-story, L-shaped building with approximately 120,000 square feet of gross floor area, as well as other site improvements at 1590 Blue Hill Avenue.
