The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the expanded Article 80 submission that was filed on May 3, 2026.

The Following project description was provided by the Development Team:
25 Supertest is a mixed use hotel / residential project with 130 keys and 108 residential units, and includes the development of Hood Green community open space.
