<![CDATA[92 Spring Street Public Meeting]]> This is a Public Meeting for the proposed Small Project Notification Application for 92 Spring Street, located in the West Roxbury neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application and the potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

The Proposed Project will include a new four (4) story residential building, composed of forty-four (44) residential units and forty-four (44) parking spaces located in a below-grade parking garage at the basement level. The Proposed Project will total approximately 48,463 gross square feet.
