<![CDATA[24 Mt. Everett Street Public Meeting]]> This is a Planning Department sponsored Public Meeting to discuss the proposal located at 24 Mt. Everett Street in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Supplemental Filing and the updates to  the proposal.

The updated proposal still consists of a renovation and addition to the existing structure. However, the addition will now be three (3) stories instead of four (4) stories and contain a total unit count of sixteen (16) with sixteen (16) vehicular parking spaces instead of no vehicular parking spaces.
