<![CDATA[222 Friend Street IAG Meeting]]> This is a Planning Department sponsored IAG Meeting to discuss the proposal located at 222 Friend Street in the West End neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Supplemental Filing and the potential impacts of the proposal.

KS Partners has modified their 2024 proposal and is now proposing to develop a 214 unit residential building with ground floor retail on the project site.

The City of Boston Planning Department solicits comments from the public. Written comments on the Supplemental Filing must be received by the Planning Department no later than Wednesday May 6, 2026.
