This is a Planning Department sponsored Public Meeting to discuss the proposal located at <a href="https://www.bostonplans.org/projects/development-projects/39-minot-street" target="_blank">39 Minot Street</a> in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) and its potential impacts.<br />
<br />
The proposal intends to renovate and add a rear addition to the existing two-family building on the site, while preserving the historical structure. The project will also add two new residential buildings, on each side of the existing structure, thereby creating 24 additional units with 20 off-street parking spaces.<br />
<br />
The City of Boston Planning Department solicits comments from the public. Written comments on the SPRA must be received by the Planning Department no later than Friday, April 24th, 2026.<br />
