	The Boston Planning Department is hosting a virtual public meeting for the proposed Article 80-B Large project located at <a href="https://www.bostonplans.org/projects/development-projects/390-400r-atlantic-avenue" target="_blank">400 Atlantic Avenue</a> in the Downtown neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Project Notification Form (PNF) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.<br />
	<br />
	The Project will convert the existing office building into a 99,925 gross floor area hotel containing approximately 113 guest rooms, including 20 suites, as well as hotel amenities and approximately 7,000 square feet (&ldquo;sf&rdquo;) of accessory restaurant and bar space. There will be no parking on-site, however, the hotel operator will lease or license approximately 20 parking spaces in a nearby parking garage, of which, at least two spaces will be equipped with EV charging stations.</p>
