<![CDATA[400 Atlantic Ave Public Meeting]]> The Boston Planning Department is hosting a virtual public meeting for the proposed Article 80-B Large project located at 400 Atlantic Avenue in the Downtown neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Project Notification Form (PNF) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

The Project will convert the existing office building into a 99,925 gross floor area hotel containing approximately 113 guest rooms, including 20 suites, as well as hotel amenities and approximately 7,000 square feet (“sf”) of accessory restaurant and bar space. There will be no parking on-site, however, the hotel operator will lease or license approximately 20 parking spaces in a nearby parking garage, of which, at least two spaces will be equipped with EV charging stations.
