<![CDATA[Welcome Home, Boston Phase 3 | Developer Presentation 1 | Dorchester & Hyde Park]]> Welcome Home, Boston initiative aims to create new homes for first-time homebuyers on city-owned land. Following the release of the RFP in July 2025, 11 developers responded with proposals to create homeownership units on the 9 sites offered in the RFP. Please join our virtual meeting to hear from the developers and provide feedback on their proposals for sites located in Dorchester and Hyde Park neighborhoods.
