<![CDATA[Updating the Groundwater Conservation Overlay District | Public Meeting]]> The Planning Department, along with the Boston Groundwater Trust, will present the proposed updates for the Groundwater Conservation Overlay District (GCOD). These updates consolidate and simplify the existing zoning text for GCOD, and remove some regulatory barriers for ‘Substantial Rehabilitation projects.’ Interpretation will be provided in Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
