The Boston Planning Department is hosting a Public Meeting for the 43 Preble Street project located in South Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the updated proposal. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

The proposed project consists of 30 new condominium units with 5 affordable units and 17 parking spaces. The proposal also has approximately 783 square feet of ground floor commercial space.
