<![CDATA[16-18 Hawley Street Public Meeting]]> This is a Planning Department sponsored Public Meeting to discuss the proposed project located 16-18 Hawley Street in the Downtown neighborhood of Boston. The Purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application filed on March 11th and its potential impacts.

The Following Description has been provided by the proponent team:

The proposed project at 16-18 Hawley Street is part of the Office to Residential Conversion Program. The Proponent (Dinosaur Milk LLC) is proposing to convert the existing eleven story office condominium building to residential use. The proposed building will have 110 units and the existing Retail Use on the first floor (separately owned and leased to the US Postal Service for a Post Office) will remain unchanged, as will the exterior of the building. The unit mix will be comprised of twenty (20) studio apartments, seventy-two (72) one-bedroom apartments, and eighteen (18) two-bedroom apartments.
