The Purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application filed on March 3rd and its potential impacts.

The Following Description has been provided by the proponent team:
The proposed project at 123 North Washington Street is partof the Office to Residential Conversion Program. The Proponent (Copper Mill North End, LLC) is proposing to convert the existing five story office building to residential use. The proposed building will have 45 units and ground floor retail.
