<![CDATA[15 Court Square Public Meeting]]> The Planning Department is hosting a Virtual Public Meeting for the proposed project located at 15 Court Square in the Downtown neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

The project proposes the conversion of an existing eleven (11) story office building in Boston Proper into a residential use with eighty (80) rental units. Residential units will comprise all floors above Ground Level and Lower Level retail spaces, which will remain as is. No Off-Street Parking will be provided.
