<![CDATA[250 Everett Street Public Meeting]]> The Planning Department is hosting a Public Meeting for the 250 Everett Street project located in Brighton. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the updated proposal and next steps in the Article 80 Process. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

The proposal will demolish the existing building and construct a new 6-story multifamily rental building of approximately 250,000 square feet, containing approximately 235 residential units and approximately 117 parking spaces in an underground parking structure.
