The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the updates on the proposal and next steps. The meeting will include a presentation by the developer followed by questions and comments from the public.

The Proposed Project is a four-story building comprised of forty-two (42) residential units on floors two through four. Level one consists of the residents' lobby, bike storage, and parking for 42 vehicles. There is also a loading/drop-off area to service the building.
