<![CDATA[PLAN: Downtown Zoning Public Meeting]]> Please join staff for a virtual public meeting on July 10, 2024 to review a draft amendment to PLAN: Downtown's design guidelines based on the Downtown Historic Character Area Study. 

The meeting will also review changes to the draft Downtown zoning amendments based on public comments. An updated draft of the zoning amendment will be posted on the PLAN: Downtown website ahead of the July 10, public meeting.
