<![CDATA[250 Everett Street Impact Advisory Group Meeting]]> The BPDA is hosting an Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting for the 250 Everett Street project located in Brighton. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the proposal and Project Notification Form (PNF). The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the IAG then the general public.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different from that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.

Mill Creek proposes to demolish the existing building and construct a new 6-story multifamily rental building of approximately 250,000 square feet, containing approximately 235 residential units and approximately 117 parking spaces in an underground parking structure.
