<p>
	The BPDA is hosting a Public Meeting for the <a href="https://www.bostonplans.org/projects/development-projects/22-24-pratt-street">22-24 Pratt Street project</a> located in Allston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss updates to the project proposal. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&amp;A and comments from the IAG then the general public.</p>
<p>
	The proposed Project includes the demolition of the existing structures and construction of a multifamily building including approximately 316 units with a mix of unit sizes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The Project&rsquo;s proposed building includes varied heights and massing, ground floor activated uses, landscaped open space, accessory parking, and amenities and services for building residents.</p>
