The BPDA is hosting a Public Meeting for the 22-24 Pratt Street project located in Allston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss updates to the project proposal. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the IAG then the general public.

The proposed Project includes the demolition of the existing structures and construction of a multifamily building including approximately 316 units with a mix of unit sizes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The Project’s proposed building includes varied heights and massing, ground floor activated uses, landscaped open space, accessory parking, and amenities and services for building residents.
