The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application. The meeting will include a presentation followed by a Q&A and comments from the general public.

The scope of the proposal includes the construction of a new residential condominium ownership, a five (5) story, thirty-nine (39) unit mixed-use building, with twenty-four (24) parking spaces, forty-two (42) bicycle parking spaces, and will offer residents amenities such as a coffee shop, gym, community room, and roof deck.
