Description:

The BPDA is hosting a virtual Public Meeting for the proposed Notice of Project Change (NPC) at 55 Summer Street, a project located in the Downtown neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an overview of the project and discuss the potential impacts and mitigation for the project. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

BP3-BOS5 55 Summer Street LLC, on behalf of Phase 3 Real Estate Partners LLC, is proposing the conversion of 55 Summer Street from office to life sciences use and the rehabilitation of existing office uses (the Project). Life science use generally comprises a combination of office, laboratory, and research and development uses.

Interpretation services will be provided for this meeting in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
