<![CDATA[7 Channel Center Impact Advisory Group/Public Meeting]]> The BPDA is hosting an Impact Advisory Group (IAG) / Public Meeting to discuss the proposed Notice of Project Change (NPC) and Amendment to PDA No. 53 for 7 Channel Center, located in the South Boston Waterfront. The meeting will be virtual and will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

7 CC 73 Owner, LLC (the “Proponent”) proposes to redevelop 7 Channel Center Street in the Fort Point neighborhood of Boston (the “Redevelopment Site”), by constructing a new office/research and development (“R&D”) building (the “Redevelopment”). The Redevelopment is a part of the Channel Center Project (the “Channel Center Project” or the “Project”) which was originally reviewed by the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) in the early 2000s. Since that time, six NPCs have been submitted for review and approval. This seventh NPC (“Seventh NPC”) is for the Redevelopment Site only; the remainder of the Channel Center Project will remain as previously approved.
