Description:
The BPDA is hosting a public meeting for the proposed 41 Berkeley Project.
This meeting is organized as a follow-up to the Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting of September 13, 2022 to provide an opportunity for review of the project program and considerations around mitigation impacts, the Planned Development Area (PDA) Plan, a minor modification of the South End Urban Renewal Plan, Project No. Mass. R-56, for a change in use on Parcel 7 in the South End Urban Renewal Project Area, and the response to the Request for Supplemental information. All project materials may be viewed on the project page on the BPDA website.
Time will be provided as part of the agenda to allow for questions/commentary from members of the public who might attend the session.
