Description:

The BPDA is hosting a public meeting for Parcel 6B, located in the South Boston Waterfront. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

In recent months, Pilot and Massport agreed to the reversion of Pilot’s designation as the developer of the remainder of MMT Parcel 6, formerly known as MMT Parcels 6B.2 and 6C. Because the 2022 NPC Project does not include MMT Parcels 6B.2 and 6C, the Project site is smaller, now totaling approximately 4.0 acres. Please see attachment for a comparison of the 2022 NPC Project versus the 2018 PNF Project. Any development of the remaining portions of MMT Parcel 6 would not involve Pilot, and is no longer part of the Project for purposes of Large Project Review.
