The BPDA is hosting an Impact Advisory Group (IAG) meeting for the proposed project at 572 Columbia Road, a project located in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the overall project, the potential impacts, and mitigation for the project. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the IAG.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different from that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.

The proposed project is an approximately 98,000 square foot, mixed-use building with 63 residential units and approximately 31,000 square feet of ancillary spaces including shared artist’s workspace and space for commercial and other public uses plus parking.
