<![CDATA[Parcel X (310 Northern Avenue) Public Meeting]]> The BPDA is hosting a public meeting for the 310 Northern Avenue, Parcel X project located in the South Boston Waterfront. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

The Proponent was assigned the existing ground lease for Parcel X, which has an address of 310 Northern Avenue, by the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation ("EDIC") in November of 2020. As detailed in the PNF, the Proponent proposes the demolition of the two (2) existing, single-story industrial buildings on the Project Site, and the construction of a new, two (2)-building, approximately 742,000 square foot life sciences/research and development campus (the "Proposed Project").
