Description:

The BPDA is hosting an Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting for the proposed project at 745 Atlantic Avenue, a project located in the Leather District. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the impacts of the project and the proposed mitigation package. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A with the IAG and comments from the Public if time allows.

The Proponent is proposing to redevelop the existing building to be ready to use as lab space, as well as upgrades to the first floor, including increased retail space.
