Description:

The BPDA is hosting a Virtual Public Meeting for the proposed residential project located at 309 Summit Avenue in Brighton. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) recent filing. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

309 Summit Ave LLC (the “Proponent”) proposes to construct a new 4-story building containing 19 condominium units, located at 309 Summit Avenue, in Brighton, totaling approximately 22,200 gross square feet including off-street parking for 11 vehicles, a dedicated bicycle storage room to store 24 bikes and a 1,400 square foot privately owned public space. The unit mix will consist of (8) one-bedroom units, (7) two-bedroom units and (4) three-bedroom units.
