Description:

The BPDA is hosting an IAG Meeting for the 775 Huntington Avenue project located in Mission Hill. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the PNF. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

The Project consists of the construction of a new thirteen-story residential development. The building will contain approximately 123,100 square feet, 56 rental units restricted to income-eligible renters, 55 condominium units, of which 27 will be restricted to income-eligible buyers.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different from that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, Impact Advisory Group (IAG) members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
