Description:

Public Notice is hereby given of the submittal of a Request for Minor Plan Revision to the Boston (Raymond L. Flynn) Marine Industrial Park Master Plan pursuant to Chapter 91 Waterways License Number 10233, Special Condition 5(b) and 6. This request was submitted by BPDA in cooperation with its development partner Marcus Partners or their affilliate.

The proposed project is the redevelopment of the subject parcels for general industrial uses, including the construction of a new 8‐story building on Parcel O comprising approximately 219,000 SF, the repurposing of an existing 12,500 SF building on Parcel P and associated site access and underground utility work. The MassDEP Waterways Program will review the proposal under the terms of the existing Master Plan, License 10233 and the Waterways Regulationsat 310 CMR 9.00.

MassDEP will convene a virtual Public Hearing on this matter on Thursday October 28, 2021 / 3:00 PM
