Description:

The BPDA is hosting a public meeting for the 1395-1405 Washington Street project located in the South End. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and take public comment on the Small Project Review Application. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

Project Description: The proposed project consists of the development of a 6,938 square-foot lot located at 1395-1405 Washington Street in South End.   The project proposal is to raze the existing one-story commercial space and to construct  a new 7-story building that will include thirty-five (35) residential units with a common residential entry lobby and commercial retail spaces at the ground floor.  Additionally, forty(40) bicycle storage spaces are provided at basement floor.
