Description:

The BPDA is hosting a Virtual Public Meeting for the proposed residential homeownership project located at 16 Taber Street in Roxbury. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) recent filing. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

The Proposed Project consists of a six-story (6) building. There will be thirty (30) residential homeownership units on floors two through six. The first floor will contain 2,214 square feet of commercial space, a bicycle storage room for thirty-two (32) bicycles, a garage with five (5) parking spaces, and an exercise room.
