The proposed project located at 1127 Harrison Avenue in Roxbury will be a high efficiency, transit oriented co-living development measuring approximately 47,762 gross square feet, consisting of (94) micro-units with roughly 4,525 square feet of shared amenity space, across (5) levels, standing 62 ft. in height. The project will yield (12) on-site income restricted units at 70% of Area Median Income (“AMI”). Additionally, the proposal seeks to renovate approximately 17,012 gross square feet of existing commercial space, with approximately 8,900 gross square feet designated as flexible, community commercial space.
