Description:
In collaboration with the City of Boston, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has prepared draft recommendations for Maverick Square, Day Square, Orient Heights Square, Suffolk Downs Square, and the connections between them. A document summarizing these draft recommendations will be made available in advance of the event on the PLAN: East Boston website. The document will be available in English and Spanish.
The first part of the workshop will orient attendees to the document and online feedback tool. The second part will focus on draft recommendations prepared for Day Square. Comments on draft recommendations can be submitted at this event, through the online engagement tool, or at follow up events. Future workshops will include draft recommendations for Neighborhood Residential Areas, and Waterfront and Evolving Industrial Areas. Simultaneous English and Spanish interpretation will be provided.
