Description:

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. View more information on the BPDA's COVID-19 response.

The BPDA is hosting a Virtual Public Meeting regarding a new residential project located at 25 Isabella Street in Bay Village. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) recently filed.  The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

25 Isabella Street LLC (the “Proponent”) proposes to substantially renovate and construct an addition to the existing Our Lady of Victories church building at 25 Isabella Street, Bay Village, for a total building of approximately 41,600 gross square feet and convert the legal use and occupancy of the building to a Multifamily Residential Use of 26 condominium homeownership units with a unit range of amply sized one-, two- and three-bedroom units and with approximately 21 on-site parking spaces and a dedicated bicycle room to store 28 bikes.
