Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. View more information on the BPDA's COVID-19 response.

Public meeting to discuss the proposed 355 Bennington Street project in East Boston (the "Proposed Project"). The Proposed Project consists of the demolition of the existing structure occupying the site and the construction of a mixed-use building (up to 6 stories) with up to 180 residential units, ground floor retail space, off-street vehicle parking, and public realm improvements. The public is encouraged to attend. Simultaneous Spanish interpretation service shall be provided during this meeting.
