Impact Advisory Group (IAG) meeting in connection with the proposed 355 Bennington Street project in East Boston (the "Proposed Project"). This will be the first IAG meeting held following the submission of the Project Notification Form (PNF) by 413-419 Bremen Street LLC to the BPDA on December 30, 2020. The Proposed Project consists of the demolition of the existing structure occupying the site and the construction of a mixed-use building (up to 6 stories) with up to 180 residential units, ground floor retail space, off-street vehicle parking, and public realm improvements.
This meeting is open to members of the general public, however, please note that the purpose of this meeting is different from that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
