The Proponent is proposing to construct a new three (3) story building with twenty-one (21) residential units. Parking is provided at-grade grade, accessed from Metropolitan Avenue. Twenty-one (21) vehicle parking spaces are proposed, all external to the building. Additionally, twenty-one (21) bicycle parking spaces for residents are provided as well as five (5) visitor bicycle parking spaces on site, along with a bike share station.
