Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. View more information on the BPDA's COVID-19 response.

This will serve as follow-up to the meeting of September 28, 2020. The focus of this virtual meeting will be on the third phase of the Parcel 10/Madison-Tropical Development. This phase is known as 2085 Washington Street. Phase Three proposes the new construction of approximately 54,000 sf. Originally envisioned as mixed use office and commercial, with a Notice of Project Change (filed September 27, 2019) the third phase at 2085 Washington Street envisions creation of approximately 6,000 sf of retail along with approximately 14 floors of residential with roughly 134 residential units as well as above-grade and mezzanine level parking for residential users—approximately 52 spaces—and at-grade parking with approximately 26 spaces for retail users

The meeting will include an update presentation by the development team and will provide for question and answer and commentary from members of the public in attendance.
