This public meeting will focus on the proposed project located at 11 E. Lenox Street in Roxbury. The proposed project is a transit oriented, smart development measuring approximately 42,820 gross square feet, consisting of 34 residential apartments across (7) levels, standing at 69 ft. in height. The projects unit mix consist of (4) studios, (6) one-bedrooms, (10) two-bedrooms and (14) three-bedroom units. The project will yield (4) on-site income restricted units at 70% of Area Median Income (“AMI”). Including (8) off-street parking spaces located at the ground level with direct access to bicycle storage and amenity space for all tenants in the building. The public is encouraged to join and participate.
