Description:

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. View more information on the BPDA's COVID-19 response.

Navem West Broadway, LLC proposes a Notice of Project Change for the currently under constructed project located at 457-469A West Broadway. The request would change the 44 housing units from rental units to homeownership units including the six (6) IDP Units (affordable).

Please note ample time will be allotted during this meeting for participation and discussion with members of the public, in addition to review and feedback from the members of the Impact Advisory Group (IAG).
