Description:

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. For more information on BPDA's COVID-19 response please click here.

The BPDA is hosting a virtual public meeting for the 69 Bailey Street project. The proposed project consists of a new four-story, 29-unit residential building, with 4 affordable units being provided pursuant to the City’s Inclusionary Development Policy. Eight surface parking spaces will be provided, as the site is located approximately four hundred feet from the MBTA’s Ashmont/Peabody Square station on the Red Line. The project was designed as, and will conform with the requirements of, the City’s Compact Living Pilot initiative. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments.
