Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. View more information on the BPDA's COVID-19 response.
The proposed project is located at 60, 67-75, 70-80 Kilmarnock Street and 59-75 Queensberry Street. It will include a total of approximately 435 residential units in two buildings, totaling 420,800 square feet, separated by Kilmarnock Street, along with ground floor retail space fronting on Kilmarnock Street, and landscaped areas and other amenities and services for residents. The proposed project will also include 250 below-grade and surface parking spaces.
This meeting is open to members of the general public, however, please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, Impact Advisory Group (IAG) members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
