Description:

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. View more information on the BPDA's COVID-19 response.

This is the first meeting of the Impact Advisory Group (IAG) for the 819 Beacon Street project. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.

How to Participate

This meeting will be hosted online, using Zoom. Attendees must pre-register using this link, and will then receive a confirmation email with instructions for joining the meeting. The meeting will open at approximately 5:30 PM for attendees and participants to join and troubleshoot any technical issues. If you're calling in by phone, you'll need to download the Zoom application to see our presentation and access language interpretation.
