Description:

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. For more information on BPDA's COVID-19 response please click here.

The BPDA is hosting a virtual Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting, open to the public, for the 333 Dorchester Avenue project in South Boston. This will be the first IAG meeting held following the submission of the Project Notification Form (PNF) to the BPDA on February 21, 2020. The meeting will include general introductions, a project overview, followed by Q&A, and comments session with the IAG.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
