Description:

A public meeting to discuss the Corey Realty Ventures Nominee Trusts proposed project consisting of a new four (4) Story building, with 35 residential units above a below-grade parking garage for 34 vehicles including ample bicycle storage, lush new landscaping, courtyard, patio, balcony and roof-decked open space. Including sidewalk improvements, pedestrian access and public realm upgrades.
