Description:

An update to the community regarding the Proposed Project located at 124-126 Warren Street in Roxbury. The project consists of a new 4-story mixed use building with fifteen (15) studio units and three (3) two-bedroom rental units for a total of 18 units, one ground floor commercial or retail space measuring approximately 989 SF, and ground level parking for five (5) total vehicles. Three (3) of the residential units will be designated as IDP units.

At this time, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) is continuing to host public meetings in a virtual setting for the health, safety, and accessibility of Boston residents. For more information and updates, visit bostonplans.org.
